What is coaching?

I see coaching as a unique relationship that fosters self-exploration, self-knowledge, professional development, performance enhancement and better self-management in my clients.

I have 18 years experience in this field working directly with individuals and through SMEs, the public sector and FTSE 100 companies. I am trained in various psychometric tools that can support our work.

How does it work?

Depending on what you want to achieve, coaching can be short term (a half day, full day or 2 day programme for example) or medium term. In the latter case I would typically see a client for two-hour sessions once a month for 4-6 months, often with telephone or skype support in between.

The venue for the coaching could be my practice room, a local hotel or your work place. I have even been known to go for a country walk with a client!
